The practical scenarios were by far the most valuable. Moving from theory into practice help me solidify what I learned.

This training made me see how some basic level hostage negotiation is needed for more areas.

I thought the visual effects of the CAD was helpful to me. Being able to deploy resources visually.

I thought there would be more out of classroom rolls.

I would like it if this course would have been advertised locally more. It surprised me out of the Charlotte Area only Charlotte Fire was represented locally. There were 1 or two CMPD officers. I believe lack of advertising contributed to this.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

I would like to obtain further about IEDs.
