The hands on experiences because that is how i learn and it was very engaging and full of great information.

I thought this class was awesome and I loved how we immediately got into hands-on exercises instead of just listening to lectures. The split of lectures and exercises was perfect.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

Anything involving emergency management. It is my field of study.

Request any law enforcement agencies attending to bring several dispatchers for experience and to create a more accurate simulation.
