Awareness of difficulties experienced by different agencies in my community. On the fire side its easy to blame shortcomings and issues on other departments.

Recommended audio samples to provide dispatchers simulation of phones ringing and filtering of information while more realistically tying up ressources.

Bringing this training to my home agency and further implementing the lessons learned and see how effectively we can utilize these tactics. AMAZING COURSE!!.
