THE LACK OF DISPATCH EVEN THOUGH DISPATCH WAS INVOLVED IT WAS LEFT OUT OF MUCH TRAINING AND IT SHOULD BE A HUB FOR INFO.

The hands on experiences and practical applications. Including a section in the lectures about Communication and Dispatch is greatly appreciated.

Which part(s) of the course was LEAST valuable to you? Please explain why.

The LEO and EMS/FIRE simulations. I would have liked to take a turn in the simulation as a responder. Maybe switch roles so we could experience the simulation from another's point of view.

I enjoyed this training and I think it is very valuable. It was presented in a well rounded way and it was obvious that the instructors knew what they were presenting and cared a lot about the information. The simulation looked very interactive and as an effective way to teach something that would be difficult to learn in a lecture only environment.

The small group table top exercise. did not really feel like my role contributed to it that much as a dispatcher.
