PRACTICAL EXERCISES. HANDS ON TRAINING IS THE BEST WAY FOR ME TO LEARN AND APPLY THE SKILLS PROVIDED.

PIO. MY ROLE AT MY AGENCY RARELY CONDUCTS THIS FUNCTION, BUT I DID NOT HAVE TO FULFILL THIS ROLE DURING THE CLASS.

EXCELLENT USE OF RESOURCES. TABLETOP EXERCISES COULD HAVE BEEN A LITTLE MORE IN DEPTH, BUT INSTRUCTORS HAD TO MANAGE THEIR TIME ACCORDINGLY.
