The case studies and statistics were most helpful because it highlighted common shortcomings that need improved.

With my current standing and rank I could have used more practice in areas that are realistic expectations of me.

I would recommend spreading out the stations so that people cannot just walk across the room or look at what is in staging.

Staffing different roles in the system and learning their roles.

Playing video games did not enhance my tactical ability or give realistic situations since I cannot talk to those around me and communicate with other responders to take care of the problem(s).

There were times when I was not involved in any aspect of the program and was just waiting to be dispatched, at least once I never was and just stood around waiting for an hour for the scenario to finish.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

The other aspects of responding to active shooter, arrival and size up, communication upon entry to the site, more force protection training with fire and medics leading to reunification.
