I would like enhanced call taking to deal with distraught callers and intel gathering.

The field operations of the entire course. As a dispatcher, we never see the actual scene of an incident. To be in the mix was informative.

As a dispatcher i was able to absorb information from most sections of the course.

The course as a whole was very valuable to me. If i had to single out something i would say the scenarios only because, as dispatch, i did not have to do much.

Overall the course was fantastic. There are really no areas i could think to improve.

Id like to take a negotiation training for dispatch.
