Nothing was least valuable. It just would be nice to have a dispatch-specific section.

This class it not dispatch-oriented in terms of training and operation. It is very informative and engaging, but definitely more suited for police and fire/ems.

Not calling survivors victims. It is important to know this in the future as survivors go to trainings and I do not want to offend any of them by calling them victims.

Having very limited exposure to the incidents we used in this class, I came into the class not knowing terms such as CCP, AEP, etc.

I can't think of anything. Great delivery of this course.

I wasn't sure what a dispatcher would get out of this class prior to coming. I was worried it would not be beneficial as assumed it would only look at the field portion of the scenes. I was wrong. This really was beneficial and made me think if our comm center was truly prepared to such an incident. Brings the need for additional specialized training to the forefront.
