Staging section during practicals. Once practiced, the concept of staging was easily grasped.

The after action reviews of the scenarios was very helpful in clarifying and solidifying a lot of the information taught in the class.

I really thought it was great training. I wouldn't change anything.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

I believe that repetetive training in this subject matter as well as follow up training for implementing these concepts would be very important.

Put some of the classes a little earlier in the course. Some of the jobs had not been covered before they were assigned.

The first few practical exercises- too be able to see how these events may unfold, the resorces required and the extra things you may need to think about for a large scale incident.

Which part(s) of the course was LEAST valuable to you? Please explain why.

The final exercise. Too confusing with the multiple areas and not being properly dispatched. I am sure this is more a function of the gamism, unfamiliar programs and questionable radios than the personnel behind them.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

Continued training for patrol and other supervisors so that this system can be properly implemented. Without it, it will be very difficult to be effective.
