This class was Awesome! One of the best i have taken in my career, only improvement is the Integration of more elected officials and school staff.

Being pigeon-holed into a role.

Placing folks in roles based on registered discipline should be expanded to include overall experience. I have over 35 years experience as a FF, and EMS Captain, Major and Chief Officer. However, I was only used in the Emergency Manager role. Please consider overall experience.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

I really enjoyed the class, though. I got quite a bit of information on the subject, which adds to my overall knowledge.
