The training was understandably gear toward responders so there were some areas that did not pertain to dispatch.

The simulations helped to apply my knowledge from the lectures.

The lectures weren't as exciting as the simulations but they were valuable.

The only suggestion that I have is to possibly troubleshoot radio issues for future groups to help communication go more smoothly.
