Bringing this training to my home agency and further implementing the lessons learned and see how effectively we can utilize these tactics. AMAZING COURSE!!.

Seeing how the whole parts worked together to bring the scenarios to resolution.

As PIO, I felt separated from the rest of the group. I felt the press conference repetitions were important, but I would have like to rotate through some of the other positions.

Most of the instructors were extremely knowledgeable and approachable. They didn't make you feel stupid for asking questions and were willing to help understand the material.

Getting my dispatchers through Hostage Negotiations.
