Strongly disagree with the use of only male pronouns. It sends a subtle message that women do not belong in ES and that needs to be considered. The heck with the grammar police; just do the right thing. I am very active in the Fire Service nationwide and would have loved to support this class to my colleagues.

Seeing only male pronouns and male SIMS.

Create a diverse group of SIMS and use gender neutral pronouns.
