Learning the ways that leo and fire work together. This paints the picture for me as a dispatcher of what they are dealing with in the field.

I cant say anything was least valuable. I have never experienced a training or situation like this so all was valuable.

The practical exercises were the best part since all groups were forced to work together and learn from mistakes.

Some of the lecture didn't follow the book. Some of the lecture could have been covered a little more to ensure everyone understood the information.

With not everyone having been to the Basic course some of the verbiage should have been covered more at the beginning. Not everyone knew what an RTF was or who the triage and transport supervisors may have been. Some more discussion about the tactical, triage, and transport supervisor may have helped at the beginning.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

Doing the training live with real moving personnel.
