I thought the instructors were incredibly prepared for the class and subsequent conversations and they were really good at tying all the pieces together to get a complete pictures.

Doing the stimulations, I felt like it really showed us how a good idea on how events can actually happen.

The lectures, but I felt like the instructors did a very excellent job keeping everyone invovled as they were explaining new material.

Having dispatch included and us as the most crucial part of getting emergency personnel to the scene.

Mostly everything in this course provided a level of training and knowledge that i did not have prior.

Involving dispatch more and having more real life incidents - more phone calls to dispatch as if we were actually working a regular shift.

Continuing more active shooter training to become more of a valuable assest during a critical incident.

I got the most out of doing the practical , hand's on part with dispatch. This was a great class and I had a lot of fun learning.

I didn't really find any part of the training as least valuable. I took something away from the whole class.

I would like to see a class just for dispatch and handling these type of incidents.

Seeing the breakdown of critical incidents as if they were happening in real time.

**For dispatch only** Having dispatch involved more in the role playing scenarios. "Actual" phone calls like the barricaded subject where dispatch could relay the information directly to command.
