Most in-depth simulation I have ever had.

I appreciate getting opportunities to do things I don't normally get to do (scribe for command, be a comms person) but I didn't get any reps at the job I would most likely get (initial EMS supervisor for triage/treatment).

Please provide any other comments or suggestions you have for improving this course.

The first day button class on the sim- add in the how to for treatment and applying triage categories, how to load into an ambulance and where to transport. Didn't get that until real sim started.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

The closest possible repeat of these evolutions with actual partners and players in their actual roles.

Press conference. Not allowed to talk to press as part of my duties.

Ability to use cell phones because radio traffic becomes overwhelming and cell phone usage would be our backup communications.

Ambulance strike team leader and Area Command training.
