Having the course in a gym was not conducive to learning at times. There was a lot of echoing.

The examples and roll playing. This give the dispatchers and calltakers a view of how it looks from the outside.

All slides presented were not in the book and the acromyns were not explained in the beginning so I was lost until I found them in the book or they were explained later on.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

I am a 911 calltaker and law dispatcher, so I dont know or think anything else can be addeds.
